This messaging portal design is an idea conceptual project I participated in Prenetics.
There is health coach chatting feature in all the apps among our products. Through the chat board, our health coaches can keep monitoring the health status of customers. Customers can also question their coaches through the app anytime they want. It is a very good media to keep a connection with our customers. But due to the business growth, more and more apps are developed, integrating third party chat board in our apps is not the best long term solution. Using third party platform is costly and it is hard to manage and analysis the data since the data there cannot across to our system customer profile. To make our health coaches life easier, we have to build a united system. Better to have our own chat board which is linked to LAB 3 and customer profiles.

UX Designer: I cooperate with my product manager and health coaches to study their current pain when using the third party chat portal. To understand the inconvenience when they chat with customers and link up with their DNA result. We reconstruct the information architecture, redesign user journey and build an efficient tool to help our users to finish their task smoother.

In order to understand the current pain points & put ourselves in the user's shoes, I conducted interviews with health coaches.
Design

Integrate all the customer chats of different products into one united portal. Allow users sort messages by photos, filter by time and activeness of the customers, and search by customer name.

Create message templates instead of copy template from word document. Quick and easy clicks to reply customer messages.
